Chris Hammond Autographed 1993 Topps #437 Cincinnati Reds Card

After additional time with the Reds in 1991 and 1992, Hammond was selected by the Florida Marlins in the 1992 MLB Expansion Draft. After being out of the Major Leagues from 1999 through 2001, Hammond returned with the Atlanta Braves in 2002 at age 36 and delivered one of baseball's most impressive comeback seasons. Working primarily in relief, he went 7-2 with a remarkable 0.95 ERA over 63 appearances.

Hammond ultimately pitched parts of 14 Major League seasons, appearing for the Reds, Marlins, Red Sox, Braves, Yankees, Athletics and Padres.
