Featuring Ricky Bottalico with the Philadelphia Phillies, this Ricky Bottalico autographed 1995 Upper Deck Electric Diamond #376 Philadelphia Phillies card is the Electric Diamond parallel of his standard 1995 Upper Deck issue. Bottalico signed with the Philadelphia Phillies as an amateur free agent in 1991 and made his Major League debut in 1994. He appeared in 36 games as a rookie, working exclusively out of the bullpen and quickly earning a larger role on the Philadelphia pitching staff.

His breakthrough came in 1995, when Bottalico took over the closer role and recorded 21 saves with a 2.46 ERA in 48 appearances. He allowed just 41 hits in 62 innings while striking out 55 batters, establishing himself as one of the Phillies' most dependable late-inning relievers.

Bottalico followed with an even stronger 1996 season, recording 34 saves in 69 appearances and earning his only National League All-Star selection. He added another 31 saves in 1997, giving him 86 saves across the 1995-97 seasons.

Over a 12-season Major League career, Bottalico recorded 116 saves in 562 appearances. With its distinctive Electric Diamond treatment, the 1995 Upper Deck Electric Diamond #376 is an appealing early-career parallel for Philadelphia Phillies collectors, Ricky Bottalico fans, Upper Deck parallel collectors or collectors assembling comprehensive autographed player runs.
