Raul Mondesi Autographed 1995 Donruss Diamond Kings #DK-16 Los Angeles Dodgers Card

Featuring Raul Mondesi with the Los Angeles Dodgers, this Raul Mondesi autographed 1995 Donruss Diamond Kings #DK-16 Los Angeles Dodgers card comes from Donruss' popular Diamond Kings series. The distinctive artwork-style presentation showcases Mondesi at the beginning of a career that would establish him as one of baseball's premier combinations of power, speed and outfield defense during the 1990s.

Mondesi made his Major League debut with Los Angeles in 1993 before taking over as the Dodgers' regular right fielder in 1994. He immediately made an impact, batting .306 with 16 home runs, 56 RBI and 11 stolen bases in 112 games and earning the National League Rookie of the Year Award.

He followed his rookie campaign with another strong season in 1995, hitting 26 home runs with 88 RBI and 14 stolen bases as the Dodgers captured the National League West. Mondesi earned his only All-Star selection and won the first of his two career Gold Glove Awards that season.

Mondesi continued to develop into a rare power-speed threat. In 1997, he batted .310 with 30 home runs and 32 stolen bases, becoming the first player in Dodgers history to record a 30-home run, 30-stolen base season. He accomplished the feat again in 1999 with 33 home runs and 36 stolen bases.

Over 13 Major League seasons, Mondesi finished with 271 home runs, 860 RBI and 229 stolen bases. The 1995 Donruss Diamond Kings #DK-16 combines the artwork-driven Diamond Kings format with an early issue of a Rookie of the Year, All-Star and two-time Gold Glove winner, making it an appealing addition for Dodgers collectors, Raul Mondesi fans, Diamond Kings collectors or collectors assembling comprehensive autographed player runs.
