Add a signed premium card of All-Star catcher Michael Barrett with this 1999 Flair Showcase Row 2 Passion #43 Montreal Expos issue.

This card comes from the acclaimed 1999 Flair Showcase set, one of Fleer's most innovative premium releases of the 1990s. Each player was featured in three different "Rows"Row 3 (Power), Row 2 (Passion), and Row 1 (Showcase)with the Row 2 Passion version offering a unique design and greater scarcity than the standard Row 3 cards.

Selected by the Montreal Expos with the 28th overall pick in the first round of the 1995 MLB Draft, Michael Barrett went on to enjoy an 11-year Major League career with the Montreal Expos, Chicago Cubs, San Diego Padres, and Toronto Blue Jays. Originally drafted as a shortstop, Barrett successfully transitioned to catcher in the minor leagues and developed into one of the National League's premier offensive backstops. He finished his career with 98 home runs, 424 RBIs, a .263 batting average, and earned the 2005 National League Silver Slugger Award.

This card captures Barrett early in his Major League career with the Expos, when he was regarded as one of the organization's brightest young talents. The premium Flair Showcase design and the more limited Row 2 Passion designation make this a standout issue for collectors of late-1990s baseball cards.
