Add one of Lance Parrish's final California Angels cards to a comprehensive autograph collection with this 1992 Donruss #166, personally autographed by the eight-time Major League All-Star, three-time Gold Glove winner, six-time Silver Slugger winner and 1984 World Series champion.

The 1992 Donruss #166 represents the closing chapter of Parrish's tenure with California. He had joined the Angels in 1989 following two seasons with Philadelphia and enjoyed his best California campaign in 1990, when he hit .268 with 24 home runs and 70 RBI while earning both American League All-Star and Silver Slugger honors.

Parrish remained with the Angels at the beginning of 1992, appearing in 24 games and hitting four home runs with 11 RBI. His time with California ended during the season, and he subsequently joined the Seattle Mariners, making 1992 a genuine transition year in his career.

After joining Seattle, Parrish appeared in 69 games, batting .234 with 45 hits, 11 doubles, eight home runs and 21 RBI. He was used not only behind the plate but also at first base and designated hitter, reflecting the evolving role of the veteran catcher late in his career.

Combined between California and Seattle, Parrish finished 1992 with 12 home runs and 32 RBI in 93 games. It was his final season with the Angels and the beginning of a late-career stretch that would subsequently take him to Cleveland, Pittsburgh and Toronto.

For a deep Parrish autograph run, the 1992 Donruss #166 has added transitional appeal. Although the card features him with California, Parrish would finish the season in a Mariners uniform, making it one of the final mainstream issues documenting his productive four-year Angels chapter.

Parrish ultimately completed a 19-year Major League career with 1,782 hits, 324 home runs and 1,070 RBI. His accomplishments include eight All-Star selections, three Gold Gloves, six Silver Slugger Awards and his role as the starting catcher for the 1984 World Series Champion Detroit Tigers.
