Rafael Ramirez Autographed 1985 Fleer #339 Atlanta Braves Card

Featuring Rafael Ramirez with the Atlanta Braves, this Rafael Ramirez autographed 1985 Fleer #339 Atlanta Braves card highlights the shortstop who was a fixture in Atlanta's middle infield throughout much of the 1980s.

Ramirez reached the Major Leagues with the Braves in 1980 and soon established himself as the club's regular shortstop. One of his strongest early seasons came in 1982, when he collected 145 hits, scored 79 runs and stole 27 bases while helping Atlanta capture the National League West championship.

He followed with another productive season in 1983, collecting a career-high 158 hits along with 28 doubles and 16 stolen bases. Ramirez earned the only All-Star selection of his career in 1984, representing the Braves on the National League squad while continuing to provide Atlanta with steady defense and durability at shortstop.

Ramirez remained Atlanta's primary shortstop through 1987 before finishing his Major League career with the Houston Astros. Over 13 seasons, he appeared in more than 1,500 games and collected more than 1,400 hits, with the large majority of his career spent in a Braves uniform.

With its classic mid-1980s Fleer presentation and connection to one of Atlanta's longtime infielders, the 1985 Fleer #339 is an appealing addition for Braves collectors, Rafael Ramirez fans, 1985 Fleer set collectors, 1980s baseball collections or collectors assembling comprehensive autographed player runs.
