Add a classic Chicago Cubs issue of fan favorite Keith Moreland with this Keith Moreland autographed 1985 Fleer #62 Chicago Cubs card. The card features Moreland following the Cubs memorable 1984 division championship season and during a productive stretch in which his right-handed bat became an important part of the Chicago lineup.

Moreland joined the Cubs from the Philadelphia Phillies before the 1982 season and developed into one of Chicagos most consistent run producers. In 1985, he enjoyed one of his finest offensive seasons, batting .307 with 14 home runs and 106 RBI while appearing in 150 games. His 106 RBI established a career high and led the Cubs.

His versatility was another important part of his value. Originally a catcher, Moreland saw extensive action in the outfield and at third base and first base during his career, giving his clubs the flexibility to use his bat in a variety of roles.

Before arriving in Chicago, Moreland was a member of the 1980 World Series champion Philadelphia Phillies, contributing to the first World Series championship in franchise history. He later became an important part of the 1984 NL East champion Cubs, batting .279 with 16 home runs and 80 RBI as Chicago reached the postseason for the first time since 1945.

Moreland played 12 Major League seasons with the Phillies, Cubs, San Diego Padres, Detroit Tigers and Baltimore Orioles, finishing with more than 1,200 hits and 121 home runs. The 1985 Fleer #62 is an excellent addition for Chicago Cubs collectors, Keith Moreland fans, 1984 NL East championship collections, Fleer set collectors or collectors assembling comprehensive autographed player runs.
