The 1990 Mother's Cookies Los Angeles Dodgers set was a special 28-card team issue featuring Dodgers players and personnel. Unlike mainstream nationally distributed releases from Topps, Donruss, Fleer or Upper Deck, this set was produced as a promotional issue and distributed as a stadium giveaway at Dodger Stadium on August 19, 1990. Samuel occupies card #7 in the checklist.
