The 1989 Topps Major League Leaders Minis set consists of 77 cards measuring approximately 2 1/8" x 3", noticeably smaller than a standard baseball card. Unlike many of the boxed retail sets Topps produced during this period, the Mini Leaders were distributed in seven-card packs.
